Interpreting and assistance

Our intercultural workers will help you with communication at offices and institutions and provide you with the basic information you need to live in Prague.

Counselling

Both at our branches and online we offer free legal and social counselling, where we can help you deal with residence matters, health insurance, finding a doctor, schools, rules for obtaining social benefits, etc.

For legal and/or social counselling it is necessary to call and make an appointment in advance through our reception at +420 252 543 846 or our intercultural workers.

We recommend that the citizens of Ukraine follow a special website through which the Ministry of Interior informs about the current situation.

Would you like to offer help?

Do you speak Ukrainian? Help the Ministry of the Interior, which is looking for volunteers to call centers, to specific workplaces and to provide interpretation and translation. You can apply via THIS FORM.

If you are willing to provide refugees from Ukraine with accommodation, transport, legal aid, tutoring or anything else, we recommend that you register in the database of the Consortium of NGOs working with migrants HERE.

You can also contribute financially, for example in the form of a collection by People in Need.
