Czech Language Courses – Spring Semester 2022

The new semester of Czech language courses is here! Do you also want to improve your Czech in the new year? In this article you will find all the necessary information about the courses offered, the rules of participation and the registration process.

Who are the courses meant for?

Czech language courses are primarily meant for third-country nationals with a legal stay in the territory of the Czech Republic for a period exceeding 90 days. Starting January 2021, we also offer one Czech language course for EU citizens each semester.

None of the courses are meant for applicants for international protection.

What are the attendance conditions?

  • Before starting the course, you’ll pay a 2000 CZK motivational deposit. If your attendance is 70% or higher, we’ll return your deposit in full.
  • You cannot repeatedly sign up for a course of the same level.
  • You cannot apply for a residence permit for the purpose “studies” based on your registration, acceptance, and participation in this Czech language course.
