It looks like the situation with the coronavirus is starting to quiet down, so our services are going to gradually get back on track. How? Have a look at the preliminary timeline of restoring the normal operation. It is divided according to the services we provide. 

Legal and Social Counseling

As you probably know, for the time being we provide legal and social advice online. Starting from May 11 we will gradually add counseling in person to online counseling, particularly at our central office at Žitná 51. This combined mode will last until May 30. Beginning from June 1 we will be fully at your disposal at our offices.

Interpreting and Accompaniment

Just like counseling, the services of the intercultural workers will be provided in a combined mode, i.e. both online and in person, between May 11 and June 30. For more information, please contact our intercultural workers directly. You can find their list HERE.

Czech Language Courses

The Czech language courses will take place online until summer. The registration for new courses will start in July. For more information follow our Czech course webpage. 

Educational seminars and language clubs

Right now the seminars and language clubs take place online, and for now we are going to keep it this way, because we don’t want to expose you to unnecessary danger. Moreover, the online form has proven efficient and popular for these kinds of meetings.

Cultural Events

For the time being, we’ll hold off on organizing these events. We assume we’ll be arranging new events no earlier than September 2020.

Operation of our Branch Offices

The information Center at Žitná will be open to clients who have an appointment starting from May 11.The Prague 13 and Prague 14 offices will gradually open starting from June 1. Starting from July 1, all of our offices will be in full operation.
