E-learning course
E-learning is an interactive distance course conducted on the Moodle platform. Each participant studies the course independently at a time and place that suits them.
Details:
- the course is designed for complete beginners (A1.1)
- the course is intended for students over 15 years of age
- the course opens twice a year
- 16 weeks of learning in total
- The course is divided into thematic sections
- The course takes place in Moodle platform
- Flexible timetable – considering the nature of the course you can learn at times that suit you the course includes 4 real-time online lessons via Zoom (1 lesson per month)
- The course includes assignments with a fixed submission deadline (once a week). These assignments are corrected by the teacher and are mandatory
- The schedule of the ZOOM lessons can be found in the registration system during the registration week
- You can only register for the courses via the online registration system (see detailed info and the earliest possible date below)
- Each student pays a motivartional deposit of 2000 CZK thaz will be returned at the end of the course if the student fullfills requirements for completing the course (50% attendance of the Zoom classes, completing the final exam with at least 70% result, submission of all assignments)
- The course can be taken only once
- The course is conducted Czech language

How to register?
Registration involves the following steps:

Online registration

Click the green button below to open an online system for registration into the Czech language courses
Fill out your personal data and take a placement exam to determine your Czech language level. If you’ve already signed up into the system before, then just log in with your login details and take the exam.
Based on your score from the exam, the system will show you a schedule of courses corresponding to your level. Out of these, pick only one and sign up for it.
You may choose to enroll in a different course until 11:59 pm on the 15th of June. Further changes cannot be done on the day of the course lottery.
2.
Lottery

The system will randomly select 15 participants and 10 alternate participants from the list of enrollees for each course.
You’ll see the results of the lottery in the registration system after logging in on the 18th of June 2025. The results of the lottery will be available in registration system only. For that reason, please do not forget to login into it the day of drawing.
In case you will be drawn for the course, you will see the information for the payment of the motivational deposit in the registration system. We will also send you an email with an invitation to the in-person registration.
3.
Motivational deposit payment and in-person registration
Before starting the course, you’ll pay a 2 000 CZK motivational deposit.
If you’re selected for the course, the system will show payment details (account number and variable symbol) and the deadline for the motivational deposit payment. When paying the deposit, do not forget to fill in your unique variable symbol.
After receiving the motivational deposit to our account, you will see a confirmation in the registration system.
If the requirements of the course are met, the deposit will be returned to you.
Enrolment in the course is sucessfully completed by verifying and checking your valid personal documents (biometric card, passport, etc.) at the in-person registration.
