Where Do We Provide Support?
In all public institutions – hospitals, schools, authorities, and more.
We operate a Contact Point for Foreigners (Counter 58) at the Prague City Hall in the Škoda Palace. Here, we offer Prague City Hall employees and other employees of government institutions translation and interpretation services (EN, UKR, RUS), as well as assistance with creating informational materials.
What types of clients can we assist?
We work with foreign nationals from countries outside the EU who have a residence permit in the Czech Republic valid for more than 90 days (visa/residence permit) or who have been granted international protection (asylum or subsidiary protection) or temporary protection. Through the ICP Contact Point at the Prague City Hall, we also provide interpretation and escort services to foreign nationals from EU countries.
