For 13 years, we have been helping foreigners in Prague feel welcome and prepared to build a new life on their own. We help them actively engage in local society and become a natural part of it.
Through awareness-raising, sharing experiences, and open dialogue, we contribute to foreigners being seen as active and equal members of Prague’s diverse community.

We strive to make Prague an open and inclusive metropolis where foreigners from different corners of the world feel at home, are a full-fledged part of society, and together with local residents create a colourful and cohesive mosaic.
Who Are Our Clients?
Our clients are foreigners from countries outside the EU who have a residence permit in the Czech Republic for more than 90 days or who have been granted international protection (asylum or subsidiary protection / “doplňková ochrana”) or temporary protection.
We see integration as a reciprocal process, which is why some of our activities are also aimed at the Czech public.
Who Supports Us and Why Are Our Services Free of Charge?
The Integration Centre of Prague (ICP) is a community interest organization established on March 14, 2012, by the City of Prague. 3. Its aim is to effectively coordinate integration activities and foster cooperation between the non-profit sector, local authorities, and the Prague City Hall. Our work is funded by the European Union’s Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, and the Prague City Hall. For this reason, we are able to provide all services free of charge, making them accessible to everyone who needs them.

They have been greatly helpful with understanding my rights and possible legal processes I might face in the Czech Republic. My process continued for longer than a year. Leona Hartmanova, my lawyer, was there to support me throughout. This is an incredible organization with absolutely flawless action. I was pretty lost with all documents the immigration office was asking for. I just needed to talk to integration office and I managed to prepare all the documents and this definitely speeded up the process massively. Without integration center`s consultancy, I would not be able to move on with my application. Besides the in-person consultation, lawyers helped me out via email all times! The application process can be very stressful. I totally recommend integration center without hesitation!!!

I highly recommend their services. The Czech language course is intensive and very helpful. The seminar workshops and activities are informative and promotes friendly atmosphere for a foreigner’s integration in the Czech society. I also had the preparatory course for A2 Czech Language exam with ICP. The online course with Jitka was very helpful.

I have used ICP services for translation and interpretation. Their employees are amazingly helpful. I am grateful for the time and effort of all the ICP employees who are helping foreigners in Czechia. Specially, I would like to thank Markéta, who stayed with me for a recent interpretation work on her after office hours, which was supposed to be one hour but later extended to two hours.
