Yoga session with Isabel Guzman suited for everyone

🧘 ICP invites you to a calming yoga session with our volunteer Isabel, who is originally from Colombia. Isabel has been teaching yoga for over a decade and has supported people as a yoga therapist in psychiatric care. This is a unique opportunity to slow down, breathe, and gently turn inward in the comfort of your own home.

📍Where: Stromovka Park — we’ll let you know the exact meeting place in time

📅 When: Monday, May 25th at 18:00

🧘‍♀️ About the session: This yoga session will be held in English. It is open to everyone including total beginners and people who feel like they can’t do yoga because of not being flexible enough or any other reasons. The session will take approximately one hour.

This class invites you to build inner balance—emotional, mental, and physical—through awareness, movement, and breath.
It helps you reconnect with your body and process emotional states gently, with curiosity and care.

It’s not about flexibility or performance, but about presence.
You don’t need a mat or special postures—just a safe space to breathe and move at your own pace.

Mindful Yoga is an exploration of being, where the path itself becomes the practice.

🎒 What to prepare: yoga mat (or a towel if you don’t have one), water, comfortable clothes

👥 Who can join? The session is free of charge and open to everyone. It is suited for people who have previously attended a session with Isabel as well as for newcomers.

🧘‍♀️ About the teacher: Isabel Guzman is a Colombian physicist turned yoga teacher and a 4th-year psychology student. She has taught yoga for over 10 years and worked as a yoga therapist in a psychiatric facility. She recently moved to Prague and is excited to give back to the community by sharing her energy, presence, and knowledge.
