Who are the courses meant for?
The Czech language courses are intended for citizens of non-EU countries, that possess a residence permit for more than 90 days.

None of the courses are meant for applicants for international protection.
What are the attendance conditions?

Before starting the course, you’ll pay a 2 000 CZK motivational deposit. Upon attending at least 70% of the lessons and, in the case of standard courses, completing the final exam, we will return the full amount of the deposit.

You cannot repeatedly sign up for a course of the same level.

You cannot apply for a residence permit for the purpose “studies” based on your registration, acceptance, and participation in this Czech language course.

These courses are not accredited by the Labour department as a Czech language retraining program.

Czech language courses for children
aged 6 – 15
The courses take place in July or August. Detailed information about the age group and language level for which courses will be opened this year can be found here on our website no later than the end of July.
