Service Details
- Assistance is provided individually according to the current needs of the clients.
- We speak Czech, Ukrainian, English, and Russian.
- No prior appointment is necessary (with the exception of interpreting outside the City Hall premises).
- Services are provided free of charge.
Who can use the services?
Our services are available to all foreign visitors to Prague City Hall, regardless of their country of
origin or type of residence permit (third-country nationals as well as citizens of the EU, EEA, and Switzerland).

How to find us?
You can find the ICP Contact Point in the Prague City Hall building in the Škoda Palace (near the Národní třída or Můstek metro stations) at counter No. 58. Please use the entrance from the side of the rotating Franz Kafka head.
