We will be pacing you at an easy and slow pace and providing tips along the way to make&nbsp;your run effortless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the run join us to socialize and grab some food from nearby to keep the party going !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Running is always fun with more&nbsp;people so share this event with your friends&nbsp;and colleagues !&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is the strava link to the proposed route:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/routes\/3549322396459969274\">https:\/\/www.strava.com\/routes\/3549322396459969274<\/a><br> <br><strong>When:<br>Saturday, November 14 at 10:30 AM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will wait for a couple of minutes before walking towards the run starting point after which we will kick off with a 10 minute warmup.<br><br><strong>Where:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Letn\u00e1 Park &#8211; we will meet at the Sparta tram stop.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>With:<\/strong><br>Nikhil Thota is a computational chemistry\u00a0postdoc working at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry (part of the Chemistry division of the Czech Academy of Sciences).
