Fill in the services’ usefulness questionnaire
Our goal is to help people from different countries to make their life in Prague easier and thus support successful integration. If you have used our free services since August 1, 2023, we sent you a short questionnaire with one question regarding the usefulness of the services to your email address. Why is it important to fill it in?
Since the beginning of August, we have been implementing a new project in which we provide you with our services (information, counselling, interpretation, accompaniment, seminars, Czech language courses). A compulsory part of the project is monitoring whether these services help you on the labor market, in the area of housing, health, knowledge of the Czech Republic or getting along with the Czechs. In order to be able to continue to offer our services for free, we must monitor within the framework of this project whether our services are beneficial for you and in which areas they have helped you. And that’s what this questionnaire is for.
This questionnaire is evaluated as fulfilled when you check at least 2 areas in which our services helped you. Until this does not happen, the questionnaire has to be automatically sent to you repeatedly every month.
If you used our services during this period, you will help us a lot if you answer the question about the areas in which our services helped you.
